I think Starbucks was a major upgrade because I don't get treated as badly as I used to. I used to work at Applebees and it was the most soul-sucking job ever. Customers were SO shitty. But Starbucks is so different and I feel like I have a home there even though I sometimes wanna fight their customers too lmao
