Immunity Challenge #10 - Number Theory



Good evening Multiverse Tribe,

Welcome to your fourth individual immunity.

Tonight I will be giving you a list of sequences of pink digits followed by a golden number. In each row, the pink digits can be manipulated to create the golden number using basic mathematical symbols.

For example, if your sequence is 1 1 2 2 : 144

The correct solution would “12*12” because you can arrange every digit to create the expression “12*12”, which is equal to “144”, the golden number.

At the end of thirty minutes, the player who gets the most correct sequences will win Individual Immunity for the round, meaning you cannot be voted out at TC, unless you choose to give your Individual Immunity to someone else. (If you wish to transfer your immunity, you would have to post that decision on the Tribal Council thread at least 15 minutes before the voting period begins.)

Rules

- You must use every digit. You may not omit any or add in extra.
- The only mathematical symbols I am allowing for this challenge are: + (addition), - (subtraction), * (multiplication), / (division). So no logarithmic expressions, no trigonometric expressions, no factorials, no combinations, no permutations, no fractions (just whole numbers), no exponents, etc. I know you math lovers are creative but we are keeping it simple!
- There is at least one possible correct solution for each sequence, but if you find another solution within the parameters, that’s fine too.
- You may rearrange pink digits or combine them however you like; however you may not rearrange the golden number.
- You may submit only once, in your confessional.
- In the event of a tie, it will go to whoever submitted first.
