Yes! I am, I love it so much but it sucks seeing the animals in pain sometimes.

That’s why I went a different route with my education… I’m a SUPER empathetic/emotional person and I didnt think I would be able to stop myself from being professional/ not constantly cry when an animal in pain came in!

I don’t cry during work but I definitely do sometimes afterwards. How are you doing today?

I’m doing ok! I’m on my lunch break now! I’m in a classroom of some spicy kids today (aka kids who have a little more challenging behaviors) so I’m definitely going to need a detox bath or something tonight to relieve some of this stress lol

Ohh omg that sounds difficult to work with. I'm on break now too. You should def try and relax later your work seems so difficult. I work with animals bc I don't like people haha

See I handle kids much better than adults. Kids just want love and nurture, and even if some are little bootyholes… it’s mainly because their parents don’t give them the love and attention at home that they need so they take it out at preschool. But I can’t handle working with adults…. Like they are so set in their ways that if you don’t vibe with someone it just makes working with them miserable lol

I agree, except if I was working with kids I'd get in trouble, I cuss so much

Oh yea…. That is such a hard aspect of the job…. With the ones who can’t talk yet… it’s ok… but once you get into those toddlers/preschool rooms it’s game over if you cuss lmfaoooo

It's definitely a different type of patience that you need to work with children... with some of them... it's literally like talking to a wall all day... they don't listen lol

Oh noo that must be super frustrating honestly, at least with animals sometimes they bark but they are pretty calming to be around most times.

I love animals! I have a special needs kitty, so I love them. I would love petting all the animals. Do you only work with small animals or do you also do big ones, like horses and cows?
