yes. i’m not the strongest person i know, so i didn’t do thaaaat much. i did a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of push-ups, then sit-ups, then squats. i couldn’t feel my knees for an hour

but also i don’t specifically do crossfit. i’ve been attempting to workout more. last week i focused on my legs on tuesday, and my core on thursday

right now my schedule is..

1st week - arms, core, legs (sometimes do 2, sometimes all 3)
week 2 - crossfit
week 3 - same as week 1
week 4 - same as week 2
etc.

I really don’t know what we can do for the vote, we literally have no way to communicate. All I ask is please don’t vote me out, I’ll look out for both of you.
